Official Japan Rail Pass exchange orders
We act as an authorized agent selling official Japan Rail Pass exchange orders. JR determines eligibility, redemption, covered services and activation. Customers must provide accurate passport names and confirm their eligibility before purchase.
Your travel responsibilities
It is your responsibility to have the correct entry status and visa in your passport, to bring all original documents and to redeem your exchange order within its printed validity period. It is sent physically. Advance orders may be issued closer to departure.
Pricing and payments
Base prices are set in EUR. Other supported currencies use published exchange rates. Final pass prices, shipping costs and the order total will be disclosed before payment. Payments are not currently enabled.
Cancellations
The cancellation and refund policy applies to every order. Passes must be physically returned before a refund. Activated, lost or damaged passes and shipping fees cannot be refunded.

Contact info@getjrpass.com before returning a pass or requesting a name change. These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights applicable to your purchase.
