What’s included?
Travel on covered JR lines, most Shinkansen services, selected JR buses and the JR West Miyajima ferry. Nozomi and Mizuho require a separate special ticket. Private railway lines, subways and other excluded services are not covered.
Physical delivery and redemption
Your pass is sent as a physical exchange order. Bring it and your original passport to a JR exchange office in Japan. Follow the redemption deadline printed on your voucher. For advance orders, we schedule issue and dispatch closer to departure.
