Understand how your physical Japan Rail Pass voucher is delivered and what happens for urgent or advance travel dates.
Your pass arrives physically
We ship a physical Japan Rail Pass exchange order to your address. It cannot be replaced by an email or a screenshot. Delivery options and charges must be confirmed before payment becomes available.
Departing within 10 days
Orders placed within 10 days of departure are at your own risk. We cannot guarantee that your physical package will arrive before you leave, and we are not responsible for missed delivery deadlines.
Departing more than 90 days from now
We accept advance orders and schedule voucher issue and dispatch closer to departure. The validity period is counted from voucher issuance, not simply the day you reserve an advance order. Your printed voucher expiry governs redemption.
Returns
Contact info@getjrpass.com before returning any pass. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Keep tracking and proof of return.
